Heidi Liu

Heidi joined Speak! in 2003, after moving to Shenzhen from a large company in Beijing. She liaises between customers (normally parents) and our native English teachers. Heidi is also responsible for the administration related to Trinity examinations at the centre, and also handles the centre’s accounts and legal issues.

 

Laura Lee

Laura joined Speak! in March 2004. Her patient attitude makes her well suited to dealings with demanding customers in China. After students complete a placement test, Laura discusses suitable programmes with the students and parents. She also looks after teachers' schedules and translates our teaching materials into Chinese for parents to view.

Aileen started work with Speak! in October 2003. Forever smiling and welcoming, Aileen is a favourite with many students and parents. She is responsible for listening to and documenting customer feedback and suggestions and day-to-day running of the reception desk.
